Position Summary
Stockers ensure shelves and displays are well-stocked, faced, rotated, and organized. They support department cleanliness and respond to customer requests.Core Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and displays according to planograms.
- Rotate products by date and remove expired items.
- Maintain signage, labels, and pricing accuracy.
- Support inventory counts and restocking.
- Keep aisles clean and accessible for customers.
Key Qualifications
- Grocery or stocking experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
- Customer service mindset.
Success in This Role Looks Like
- Customer Service: No incidents of three stars or less in customer reviews.
- Safety: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Merchandising: Help the department achieve 95% or better in merchandising audits.
- Profit: Help the store meet or beat profit budget.
